Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers in the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period, no reason needed.

Refund Process

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you about the approval decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The full refund policy is here.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't shipped yet. After that, use the return process above.
