What can we help with?

Most of what people write to us about falls into a few areas.

• Ingredients and sourcing. Every balm starts from the same short list of organic oils and butters, and each one has its own page in the ingredient guide.
• Allergies. Every flavor we make contains sweet almond oil, which is a tree nut. Ask if you need the detail on anything else and we will give you the specifics.
• Choosing a flavor. Tell us what your lips are dealing with and we will point you at one.
• Orders and shipping. Include your order number and we can look it up.
• Gift sets. The sets come in three or six balms, and you pick the flavors yourself.
• Wholesale. If you want to carry Lip Ganache, tell us a little about your shop and we will send terms.

How long does it take to hear back?

Usually one or two business days. We are a small operation in Albuquerque, so you are writing to the people who make the balm rather than to a support desk. If your message is about an order, including the order number saves a round trip.

Sensitive lips and medical treatment

If you are going through chemotherapy or radiation, or your lips are sensitive for some other reason, say so and we will help you find the gentlest thing we make. Our page on lip care during treatment covers what to look for and what to avoid. We are not a medical company and our balms are cosmetics rather than treatments, so anything about the treatment itself is a question for your care team first.
